Please read our terms and conditions and fill out the form below in order for our team to process your reservation. 


Disclaimer #1: Your third-party voucher may not be applicable for same day use due to availability.

Disclaimer #2: Please note that your voucher will be redeemed when your reservation is completed by our team.

Disclaimer #3: There is 7% sales tax on voucher reservations (excludes CityPASS).

You will be asked to pay $1.89 per Adult and $1.12 per Child at the time of check-in.


Please allow up to 24 hours for our team to review your Voucher Reservation Request. To ensure a timely and accurate response, please fill out  each field correctly. Once your reservation has been completed, you should receive a confirmation email that will include the DATE and TIME of your cruise, your BOOKING NUMBER, as well as as information on GETTING THERE, PARKING and our POLICIES.


The Tropics Boat Tours reserves the right to confirm either your 1st, 2nd or 3rd choice date and time submitted as subject to availability. 


The Tropics Boat Tours is subject to passenger maximums and minimums per cruise and may not have availability for third-party vouchers on the cruise dates/times that you select. Please be sure to enter three different dates and/or times. 


IMPORTANT: Our policy is to accept cancellation requests or make changes up to 48 hours

prior to your tour. Beyond that, changes might not be possible or fees may apply.

Inclement weather

We do our best to contact our guests as early as possible to let you know if we will not be hosting our tour for any reason. If you are from Florida or have made several visits to our area you're probably aware of how quickly the weather changes. If there is a light rain we will still go out. That is the great thing about us having two levels to our boat. You will get to enjoy the tour and stay dry. If you do not receive a phone, text and/or email from us prior to your check-in time, you can assume your trip is going out.



In rare instances we may have to cancel a tour due to unsafe weather conditions or technical difficulties. You will be permitted to reschedule your reservation at no charge for the same tour type on a different day. If you are unable to reschedule, you may contact the company through which you purchased your deal-a-day voucher to seek a refund.


We also are subject to both a maximum and a minimum of passengers. There are times we may need to adjust the schedule, but we strive to contact our guests to communicate any changes as soon as it is made known to us.

Hold Harmless Agreement

By accepting the terms and conditions of The Tropics Boat Tours, all guests give up their right to sue The Tropics Boat Tours, and also agree to hold The Tropics Boat Tours harmless from any and all liability for personal injury, property damage or wrongful death caused by negligence or gross negligence. Guests assume all risks in connection with the commercial boating activity of The Tropics Boat Tours.

Gratuity & More

Please consider bringing extra cash or credit card on the day of your tour for souvenirs, parking, drinks and more. Gratuity is not included in any of our ticket prices. Crew gratuities are graciously accepted. The standard tour guide tip in the tourism industry is 15%.  At check-in at our ticket booth, guests will have the option to purchase drink packages that include unlimited beer & soft drinks.

Arrival Time:


All passengers are REQUIRED to check in no later than 45 MINUTES PRIOR to your tour departure time to GUARANTEE YOUR SEAT(S).


All of our tours depart promptly on time.

The Tropics Boat Tours, like all other marina tenants, does not have dedicated parking. Please read the following recommendations closely and feel free to call our office with any follow up questions. We encourage all our guests to prepare so they can have a fabulous experience starting with getting to us. 

Recommended Parking:

We recommend using the Clearwater Ferry and parking for FREE in Downtown Clearwater. This service offers fast and efficient travel across the water, avoiding the traffic on the bridge and the parking on Clearwater Beach. You can find detailed information on their FREE app (iPhone users click HERE, for Android devices click HERE) or on their website at Parking is free and they depart often from Downtown Clearwater near Coachman Park and drop you off right at our marina daily. We recommend riding the ferry that is the hour or two before your required check in time. By showing your reservation confirmation you will receive a $2.00 discount on all Adult round trip tickets (excludes any other offers and promotions).

We are not responsible for the timing of your arrival to our booth if you chose to ride Clearwater Ferry.

Alternate Parking:

Due to the popularity and development of Clearwater Beach as a tourism destination, parking on-site is limited. There are great options for parking on Clearwater Beach but none of them are guaranteed as they all fill up on a first come, first serve basis.

  • Clearwater Municipal Marina: NEW effective 3/1/2020, the marina parking lot is using a pay-by-plate payment and enforcement system. When you arrive, you will be able to pay for up to 30 minutes. You will then be able to walk up to our ticket booth to check in for your cruise and receive the daily code that will unlock up to 6 hours more for your vehicle. It is then your responsibility to walk back to the pay machine and add parking time for your vehicle.

  • North Beach Parking Garage: this parking option is located on the North side of Clearwater Beach, at about 15 minutes walking distance from our location. You will receive a ticket as you enter the garage and pay the fee when you leave. We are not able to validate parking there.

  • Pier 60 Parking Lot: this parking option is located directly West of us, at about 2 minutes walking distance from our location. You will need to pay for parking after you arrive and place your receipt on the dashboard of your car. We are not able to validate parking there.

  • Surf Style Megastore & Hyatt Regency Garages: these parking options are privately owned and located just South of us, at about 5 minutes walking distance from our location. You will receive a ticket as you enter the garage and pay the fee when you leave. We are not able to validate parking there.

Other parking lots and garages are available on Clearwater Beach. Parking rates may be found by visiting or contacting the City of Clearwater Parking Department at 727-562-4704.

If you are visiting during High Season (March, April, May, June, July, August) plan for TRAFFIC! It is not uncommon to experience a very delayed drive down to the beach. State Road FL60 (Gulf to Bay) can back up as far as highway US 19 some days.  If you are familiar with the area, or have access to a local map, Drew Street is a great alternative route for Westbound travel.

To be safe always plan on arriving to our booth 1 hour and 30 minutes prior to your tour. If you have extra time you can always enjoy what's going on around us. It's always a great time.

All Sales are final and the normal check in of 45 minutes prior to boarding time still applies.
